Do you hand make all of your products?
Most of Lovely Fits products are hand made and can be customized. However, we do also offer some curated options from other retailers, as well as thrifted items that we want to help give new life.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Feel free to email us at steph@lovelyfitsllc.com to request a custom order. This could be a custom resin piece, home decor and more.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on custom orders because they are one of a kind. We will accept returns in other cases however and you can email us at steph@lovelyfitsllc.com for more information.
Do you sell products in any stores?
Not yet! This is something we are looking into, but for now you can only find Lovely Fits products online or at vendor events. Follow us on social media @lovelyfitsllc to see when we'll be at a local event!
Why do you have to charge shipping?
Our shipping prices vary because we don't ship everything in-house. We have some products that are created by another company with our custom designs and they are shipped individually. This can cause higher shipping prices and is something we want to change in the future. As we grow into a bigger company, we're be more able to keep stock in house and offer lower shipping prices.
